The Chopping Block is a contemporary art gallery and project space. Our ambition is to provide an alternative platform for creative, artistic talent - both well known and obscure - across multiple spheres.

 

Investigating specific theoretic and cultural leanings within a regular program, we provide a spectrum of exhibitions and events that showcase the work of emerging and established artists, mirroring chosen topics and themes. Our exhibitions are held monthly
in partnership with The Sassoon Gallery, whilst also housing exhibitions and events across the country as a travelling entity.
